Pepoli Palace called the Palazzon

Palazzo-Pepoli-detto-il-Palazzon

It dated to the XVI century, already property of the Contrari family and later left to the Pepoli family of Bologna in the Ferrara Dukedom. The last owners, the Spalletti family, left the palace in 1987 to the Veneto Regional Council for its renovation and its valorisation. It can be considered as the most interesting noble palazzo in the area. It presents typical characteristics of the building models of the second Renaissance and has typical Emilian architecture. Following renovating works to the foundations and noble floors, it has been used for local and Polesine events with cultural and touristic characteristics.
