Bazzan Astronomic Observatory in Sant'Apollinare

The observatory is equipped with an instrument in a fixed position designed by Marcon with a reflective lens with a diameter of 30cm and focal length of 150cm (f=1:5) with Newton configuration and of 600 cm (f=1:20) with Cassegrain configuration. Moreover, there are some portable instruments, both of refraction and reflection which are placed in a terrace near the dome-room in order to easily alternate telescopic observations with those visible with the naked eye so that orientation is easier for the visitor who may compare and recognize the constellations in the night sky.
